Position: Boxer Operator

Shift: Midnights - continental

Overview of the Role

It is the responsibility of the Boxer operator to work together as a team to support and maintain consistent operations within the Robot Room as well as packaging room if needed. Operators need to have clear communication with all other operators and supervisors/ Lead-hands. Knowledge and understanding of the area and any components involved with the palletizing and boxing of product, as well as general sanitation in both the Robot room and the Packaging/ Production room. It is expected that boxer operators stay busy at slower times by means of sanitation of weekly lists, room organization, prepping packaging, etc.

How you will make contributions that matter:

• Ensure Boxers are running consistently, troubleshooting when needed.
• Prep Packaging out and in
• Maintain organized area
• Correct completion of all associated documents and Downtime records in a timely manner.
• Support Fillers when needed as directed by the Leadhand

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

• Able to operate a manual pump cart, move skids and packaging.
• Call for any needed assistance within reasonable amount of time.
• Able keep busy when needed.
• Time management and follow direction.
