Machine Maintenance Technician
Starlim North America is a global leader in the manufacturing of silicone parts specializing in custom Liquid Silicone Rubber molding for health care and automotive industries.

We require a Machine Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for:
- Ongoing maintenance of the Injection Molding Machines to support the production work schedule
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance as per instructions
- Troubleshooting and rebuilding of the material metering units and pumps
- Troubleshooting and rebuilding of hydraulic and pneumatic auxiliary equipment
- Assist in installation and repair of machines and other equipment
- Maintain clear documentation and records
- Follow proper lockout/tagout procedures
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving of any product quality issues
- Maintain clean work station, tools and other related areas
- Communicate effectively through all levels of the organization
Do you have?
- College diploma in a related technical or maintenance field
- 1-2 years experience in machine repair and maintenance in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with injection molding machines an asset
- Understanding of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment

- Ability to read mechanical and hydraulic drawings and specifications
- Excellent ability to problem solve and troubleshoot effectively
- Excellent technical and mechanical aptitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and attention to detail
