About the Role |
We are seeking a dependable team member to join our project management department in the role of scheduling and overseeing sub-projects. Reporting directly to the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, the key responsibilities for this position include supporting project roll-outs by effectively summarizing and maintaining up-to-date schedules for all process steps. Proficiency in project management methodologies, collaborative team practices, and the implementation of organizational procedures is essential. The role requires strong interdisciplinary thinking, as it involves close collaboration with international, diverse teams across various specialist disciplines.
This is a flex hybrid model requiring 2 days in the St. Thomas office. |
Key Responsibilities |
• Spearheading the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules and timelines to ensure timelines are met and resources are allocated efficiently. • Directing collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to update and refine schedules based on evolving project needs and challenges, ensuring consistent alignment across departments. |
What you bring to the Team |
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields and/or equivalent relevant work experience |
