Accounts Payable/Payroll Administrator

Job Responsibilities

• Synergy uses job cost accounting in a manufacturing setting
• Inventory Control
• Intercompany Transfers
• Dealing with Multiple Currencies
• Enter data in excel and QuickBooks online advanced, ensuring a high level of accuracy
• Assist, collaborate with other employees or management
• A/P- input
• Payroll: verify time and attendance, review and input hours/data onto spreadsheets and QB payroll system.
• Employee benefit and expense report submissions review and payments
• Setting up payroll records for employees, ROE reporting, T4 year end and summary reporting.
• Investigate variances in purchase order/invoice pricing (customer invoice issues).
• Experience:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar bookkeeping role

Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
