SMT Program Details:?

Zone Induction with our commercial Leadership team, to learn about Labatt’s overall strategy, business functions, and Sales & Marketing structure.?

Experience in our Wholesalers, Regional Sales and Marketing operations to understand the commercial routine of the business, followed by the opportunity to delve into special projects within these areas.?

Participation in leadership & functional trainings and exposure to senior leaders.?

Development opportunities to help boost skillset and build long-term leadership skills.?

This paid training program takes place over the course of 16-months that transitions into a permanent full time role

Upon successful completion of the program, you will embark upon an exciting new challenge in your first role. Exact role placement will be determined based upon your capabilities, interests, preferences, and performance during the program.
Job Qualifications
SMT Program Requirements:
You own your future, and the speed of your career growth will depend on your talent, efforts and results. Should you meet the following minimum requirements we encourage you to apply immediately:
- Proficient in English, bilingualism (French) is a strong asset
- Graduating in 2022 OR Graduated as of 2020 (Bachelor’s Degree)
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Geographical & Functional mobility – open to experiencing different functions and locations across Canada
- Run multiple projects simultaneously, with strong analytical and leadership skills
- Motivated to over deliver results and thrive in a fast-paced environment
