Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated team player for our busy Blind manufacturing business. To be successful as a Production associate you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. Maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality. If you are ready to work with a passionate, hard working true team we would love to hear from you.
Production Associate Responsibilities:

- Work on the production line and meet production targets
- Follow production guidelines and specifications
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to work on the production floor
- Work with our Production team building and producing quality blinds and track systems including blind automation
- Multi-task and change duties when needed when priorities change
- Ability to communicate in a positive manner with the Production lead and team
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
- Report any issues to the Production lead
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or construction setting is beneficial, however training would be given if required
- Must have a positive disposition, interact effectively and eager to work
- Ability to use hand tools in a safe manner such as hammers, screw drivers, utility knives.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge with using imperial measuring tapes and calculations
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
