Overview of the Role
Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is seeking an Attendant, Production I, for existing opportunities within our organization. Under the responsibility of the Manager, Production, the incumbent will be responsible for handling, forming, and placing product into packaging material on a production assembly line, while ensuring top quality and safety throughout the production process.
Status : Full-Time, Temporary Contract (Summer - May to August 2026)
Department: Production – Cheese packaging
Schedule: Day Shift (5:00am to 3:00pm), OR Afternoon Shift (3:00pm to 1:00am) - On a 3-week rotation:
- Week 1: Monday – Thursday
- Week 2: Wednesday – Saturday
- Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Wage: $24.30/hour

How you will make contributions that matter:
- Process cheese into required packaging while ensuring the line is properly supplied and routine quality checks are performed to meet required product specifications (eg: weight, dimension)
- Accurate completion of all required documents and sanitation procedures
- Setup, takedown and sanitation of machines when required throughout the day
- Meet or exceed daily production efficiency requirements provided by Supervisor or Production Manager
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
- Food/dairy/manufacturing experience an asset
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to multi-task
- Team player, but can also work independently
- Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time
