The Receptionist & Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to both the London and Brampton offices, managing tasks such as filing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining office supplies and stationery, and coordinating and communicating company events and activities. 
This position is based out of London. Travel to the Brampton office, approximately once a month, will be required.
More about your responsibilities:
·Warm Welcome: Greet and welcome visitors, creating a warm and professional atmosphere.
·Mail Management: Distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
·Office Supplies: Manage corporate office supplies, business cards, and any other stationery requirements.
·Document Organization: Maintain paper and electronic files across multiple departments, ensuring documents are accessible and up to date.
·Vendor Relationships:  Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local venues to ensure smooth operations.
·Travel Arrangements: Coordinate seamless travel arrangements for colleagues, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
·Office Communication: Prepare and distribute email communications as required (i.e., event announcements, visitor notifications, etc.).
·Lunch Coordination: Manage refreshments and meal requirements for internal lunch meetings and customer visits.
·Event Management: Lead the organization and execution of seasonal corporate events, and coordinate service anniversary and retirement celebrations.
 
What you’ll bring:
  • Post-secondary Office Administration diploma/certification
  • 1-3 years experience in an office environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
