Senior Specialist, WrappingEOL/VSM

Job Summary:

The Senior Specialist for WrappingEOL/VSM is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for end-of-life (EOL) wrapping processes and value stream mapping (VSM) to optimize operational efficiency.

• Identify and implement improvements in wrapping processes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Conduct value stream mapping sessions to analyze and redesign workflow processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out new initiatives and track effectiveness.
• Provide training and support for staff involved in EOL processes.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the company competitive.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
