The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Operations Manager and leadership team to promote safety, quality, people leadership and performance at McCormick Canada. Leading a team of 40 production employees in the Flavour Solutions Area. The successful candidate will actively support a Total Productive Maintenance culture. The Team Manager will be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, training & development and rewards & recognition in addition to the performance of the team and production area. We offer unlimited growth and development opportunities, a competitive total comp package, a flexible work schedule and true ownership of your production area.

Required Qualifications:

  • One or more years of experience leading a team in a production environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of university degree
  • Experience with SAP
  • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience strongly preferred
