Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator
 

We are hiring a Sr. Accounts Receivable Administrator based out of our St. Thomas, ON office location.

  • As a Sr. Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will be responsible for commissions and rebate calculations on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.  You will take the lead on all trouble shooting with the A/R system and review approves customer credit limits, SIF forms and current hold list. You will also be responsibility for a list on month-end tasks over and above the A/R function which includes Interco Balancing and Valuing entries.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Rebate and commission calculations
  • Running sales reports
  • Credit and collections of customer accounts
  • Trouble shooting with the A/R system
  • Back-up for Customer Master
  • Review and approve credits and SIF forms
  • Lead both Rona and Canadian Tire accounts
  • Other duties as assigned

What you Bring:

  • O.S.S.D required
  • 2 year college diploma in accounting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail a must
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethics
  • Ability to prioritize and work without supervision
  • Effective Team Player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications, with above average Excel skills
