Job Description:
As a Digital Automation Specialist working within the Global Digital Operations team, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Leading the design, development and delivery of data-driven automation solutions across Digital Marketing Operations, including 3M.com, product content, marketing automation and other processes

Determining new ways to integrate our processes, technology and data to improve our customers’ experience of our online presence and enable scalability in operational processes

Collaborating closely with an extensive global team of process and platform experts to increase understanding of automation approaches and opportunities, and advance our tech stack
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
-
Five (5) years demonstrable experience developing scalable, integrated, data-driven automation solutions and APIs
-
Significant demonstrable experience developing data-driven automation solutions and APIs based on Microsoft’s PowerApp / PowerAutomate platforms, ElasticSearch and Amazon’s AWS AI services (such as Rekognition and Personalize)
-
Five (5) years demonstrable experience of successfully engaging and working with a diverse group of stakeholders to analyze existing processes, technology and complex data, solve complex problems, then design, visualize and deliver improved processes that leverage automation

Demonstrable experience creating and maintaining technical documentation that describes use cases, connections, data flow, security, and other considerations
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience integrating solutions with the Adobe Experience Manager (Assets) platform and Adobe Workfront / Fusion
- Experience developing scalable solutions based on data structures from SAP Material, Orders and SAP Hybris Product Content
- Experience integrating solutions with the Eloqua marketing automation platform.
- Experience with Integration Platforms as a Service (IPaaS) to connect systems through low-code/no-code solutions
Travel: In this role, you will be required to travel approximately 5% of the time, which may involve overnight stays. A valid driver’s license is required.
