In exchange, we ask you to bring:

· Experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Ability to learn skills specific to maintaining equipment a machinery at Canduct

· Complete work orders as assigned in CMMS system.

· Perform preventative maintenance.

· Handle basic repairs and maintenance.

· Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary.

· Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.

· A sense of urgency and tenacity

· Positive verbal and non- verbal communication

· Ability to work in a team setting, and work independently with minimal supervision

· The ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, which may include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, standing, walking, repetitive motion, and other job specific requirements

· Attention to detail

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

· Great attendance is a critical requirement.

· Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience in a manufacturing role
• High School diploma
• Computer skills
