Join Our Team as a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator at NP Aerospace!
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with education and/or experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment supporting defence protection systems. You will also support warehouse activities (receiving, put-away, picking, packaging, and shipping), including maintaining shipping registers and documentation. Using our ERP and internal tracking tools, you’ll create/manage work orders as needed, perform cycle counts and assist with annual inventory reconciliation, and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying root causes for inventory variances (RCCA) and recommending practical process fixes.
In this new role, you will help ensure production has the right materials at the right time by supporting end-to-end procurement and day-to-day material flow—raising requisitions, placing and expediting purchase orders, coordinating inbound deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You’ll work closely with the Logistics & Supply Chain Lead, Production Lead, Engineering, Quality, and external suppliers to resolve supply issues quickly and keep schedules on track.
This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in defence and protection technology. Join us and help shape the future of safety for Canada’s Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies!
