The SharePoint Document and Content Administrator will be responsible for the successful management of the CONVERGIX and all other Business Unit’s Document Control System. You will work closely with employees across the family of companies and support with the process of submitting new documents, reviewing and quality management. What would a typical day look like?

  • Management and development of the Document Control systems and process, including reviewing, updating, and monitoring quality system documentation, and SharePoint repositories.
  • Continually look for ways to improve processes, systems, procedures and/or products; evaluating and participating in improvements as appropriate.
  • Coordinating the Internal Document Audit program, including conducting audits with leadership and third-party evaluators.
  • Supports the companies SharePoint platform to moderate content, documents, and serve as the lead person interacting with the business for improvements.
  • Train Process Owners in their respective responsibilities including those related to document control
  • Training of Management, and Employees, in the requirements of ISO9001:2015 in applicable BU’s
  • Training of Internal Auditors
  • Works closely with all staff to ensure all aspects of the quality management system are understood, implemented, and maintained.
  • Position is responsible for management of the facility's documented quality program and plays a key supporting role in both the internal and external audit programs.
  • Support all aspects of key metrics, safety, quality, productivity, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement by instilling a plan, do, check, act methodology.
  • Maintain necessary records as directed and in compliance with ISO9001:2015.
  • Assist with Quality Controlled document writing and assure documents conform to the established formats and content.
  • Conduct documentation reviews of all documents to ensure compliance in the prescribed standards and the Quality Systems prior to release.
  • Identify and report the needs for any document changes.
  • Technical writing and editing/reviewing of documents in the Quality System.

 

What qualifies you for this opportunity?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Writing, Communications, or related field; or 5+ years related experience/or training.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a business or procedural writing environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Document Control Management preferred.
  • Internal or external ISO auditing.
  • Ability to manage and direct change.
  • Highly data-oriented; strong ability to review and understand criteria provided and determine how to compile information.
  • Minimum of 3 years Quality Systems Usage and Understanding experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in SharePoint design and content management
  • Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
  • An ability to travel internationally is required
