Aftermarket Coordinator
London, Ontario
Automation and Robotics Division
The Automation and Robotics Division is comprised of problem solvers who automate and improve manufacturing processes through innovative projects. Our team members tackle challenging robotic pick-and-place, packaging, palletizing, assembly, and quality inspection applications for clients across North America in multiple industries. Typical projects range between 3-12 months in duration, $100k to $10M+ in value, and 3 to 20 awesome team members you can count on.
As a member of the Aftermarket team, you will be the first to connect with our customers for post installation and warranty support requests. These requests will encompass quotes, breakdown support, service requests and more. You will be responsible for supporting with the coordination of team members and materials required to solve our customers inquires.

What would a typical day be like?
- Monitor procurement sites for new orders and request updates within the sites or via email
- In coordination with senior staff and designers, prepare parts quotes within excel; ranging from simple repeats to tracking down old assemblies
- Working with purchase components vendors for pricing
- Prepare PO order sheets in ETO
- Project preparation in the ERP system Deltek such as setting budgets, uploading POs and more
- Backup support for the Supply Chain Team specifically surrounding processing of Pos
- Order coordination such as preparing packing slips, printing and applying customer part labels, logging order tracking numbers in appropriate trackers and updating Deltek as appropriate
- Invoicing review
- Onsite project coordination
- T&M billing assistance
What qualifies you for this opportunity?
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain or related studies
- Experience working in an engineering environment is ideal
- Previous experience working with an ERP system an asset
- Intermediate to advanced skill level within excel and other Microsoft suit products
- Highly detailed oriented
- Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
- Methodical, inquisitive and curious
