Job Description
Affiliate Program Lead
Cafézia Coffee is seeking a strategic, heart-led, and results-driven Affiliate Program Lead to build and manage a thriving affiliate program that drives online sales. This is a part-time contract position with room to grow, ideal for someone who loves people, understands brand messaging, and knows how to turn authentic advocacy into action.
Key Responsibilities
Co-create and refine the structure of Cafézia’s affiliate program
Develop onboarding flows and welcome kits that clearly communicate brand values and selling points.
Create on-brand affiliate toolkits (captions, graphics, video briefs) that help partners sell Cafézia with confidence.
Write clear, compelling product and campaign messaging that resonates with different audiences.
Act as the main point of contact for affiliates
Send out regular updates, content bundles, and reminders.
Foster community through features, appreciation, and virtual/in-person gatherings.
Track affiliate performance and suggest optimizations.
Ideal Experience & Qualities
Proven experience creating marketing or affiliate content that leads to conversions.
Strong understanding of brand-aligned messaging and voice — able to communicate what makes a product unique, memorable, and valuable.
Background in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or digital community building (especially in CPG, wellness, or lifestyle).
Tech-comfortable: able to manage affiliate software and basic content tools.
Organized, reliable, people-centered — with strong follow-through.
Bonus: content creation/design experience; based in Ontario and available for occasional in-person gatherings.
Contract Terms & Growth Potential
Hours: 5–10 hours/week to start.
Location: Remote (Ontario-based preferred).
Compensation: Hourly Rate + performance-based bonuses tied to affiliate sales and program milestones.
Growth Path:
After a 3-month trial period, potential to:
Increase hours and scope based on performance.
Transition to an employee role if aligned.
Expand into broader brand communications, partnerships, or marketing support.
