Facilities Manager

currently looking for a full-time Manager!
Since opening in 1993, RBC Place London (RBCPL), formerly London Convention Centre, has
built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. Our
goal is to exceed expectations with every event, and the loyal guests who return time and again
are a testament to that success. With 70,000 square feet of versatile event space, we offer a
modern, welcoming venue that leaves a lasting impression. RBC Place London is located in
downtown London, Ontario, 300 York Street.
Job Description
Our Facilities Manager supports RBC Place London’s vision and mission by providing guests
and associates with a safe, comfortable, and efficiently functioning venue. Some of the areas
our Facility Services Manager will oversee and fully participate in include but not limited to:
• Well-functioning physical building, providing great guest experiences
• Solid preventive maintenance plan of all building systems and structures
• Monitoring building control and security systems
• Security system oversight
Job Skills and Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
• Community College diploma and/or be a skilled tradesperson
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a facility team supervisor
• Strong communication skills
• Strong guest experience focus
Hours of Work/Working Conditions
The Facilities Manager will work onsite. Weekend work may be required, and daily hours may
vary depending on the client and management requirements.
Total Compensation
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000/year
