Position Description:

• Support requirements engineers in developing technical requirement, verification approach and methods at system and sub-system level
• Support the Vehicle Architect in developing system/sub-system architectures ensuring consistency with developed requirements
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of the product structure, system architecture, requirements, and compliance through product cycle development’s process
• Ensures engineering design activities aligned with Systems Engineering principles and compliant with IPS
• Assure allocations achieved in terms of performance requirements, Technical Performance Measures (TPM)’s, and all allocation targets including weight, power, and space claim
• Coordinate Systems Engineering (SE) resources including Systems Design, Analysis & Verification to ensure SE products delivered in a timely manner, accurate & complete.  Oversight and responsible for preparation, review and approval of project documentation (check points and design reviews)
• Oversight of technical performance and status against established performance parameters and baselines
• Assure technical products for milestones and deliverables are met
• Supports Engineering Project Management with development and technical execution of Integrated Master Schedule for SE scope
• Review and approve requirements documents at sub-system level

• University Degree/College Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering
• Demonstrated ability to develop / manage budgets and schedules
• Strong technical and analytical ability
• Product knowledge of the /Military LAV vehicles
• Basic knowledge of EVMS
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to give presentations to internal and external customers

Preferred Requirements:

• Familiar with Military/LAV vehicles
• Strong knowledge of cross-departmental procedures/practices
• Strong knowledge of vehicle design practices
• Basic understanding of requirements development and system verification processes
• Working knowledge of GDLS Internal Process System and Systems Engineering Fundamentals
