Job Description
We are hiring Assistant Production Manager for our afternoon shift (The role will require some flexibility to meet business needs) to help lead and optimize our growing production operations. ????
As part of our dynamic team, you will:
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve production efficiency goals
- Assist with planning and implementing new procedures to improve safety, cost-efficiency, and product quality
- Supervise and support production teams to meet operational goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience (food production is an asset)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- A passion for continuous improvement and teamwork
