Customer Service Supervisor (Residential Construction)

Based in London, ON – We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our customer service team. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Founded in 1981, Centennial Windows & Doors custom designs, manufactures, installs, and services our own line of award-winning windows and doors and has a reputation for quality, integrity, and innovation.

The right candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented leader who is able to handle multiple tasks, is capable of meeting deadlines and supervising a team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor the customer service calendar
• Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
• Assist with the development of standard work procedures
• Monitor the performance of service technicians & provide necessary training
• Maintain vehicle inventory and vehicle maintenance scheduling
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Monitor the service warehouse and parts ordered by technicians
• Prepare service quotes
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Document, provide action plans and resolve customer service issues
• Diagnose errors and/or technical problems and work with team to determine solutions
• Additional duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in construction / home improvement industry
• Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High level of organization
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Courteous and professional telephone manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
