RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform all technical procedures ensuring compliance with security measures, standard operating procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and government regulations for all tasks/equipment related to oil extraction and
  • Maintain inventory by organizing, storing, retrieving and maintaining accurate stock inventories.
  • Daily reconciliation in ERP system of all manufactured product.
  • Issuing product in/out of vault for production activities.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and complete shipment paperwork.
  • Perform inventory transactions using ERP system.
  • Verify and track movement of all inventory items.
  • Weigh and manage inventory, ensuring accurate weights, throughout processes
  • Maintain work area keeping the area neat and ensuring items are properly stored.
  • Perform quarterly inventory and cycle counts according to schedule.
  • Process destruction and waste daily.
  • Receiving of incoming shipments and verification of packing slips.
  • Communicate effectively with other department managers, supervisors and employees to ensure timely resolution of problems to achieve department and company objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma
  • Post-secondary education in business supply chain or related field preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a supply chain or similar role required
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Previous ERP experience preferred
  • A strong sense of personal integrity and confidentiality
  • KPI reporting experience
  • Must be able to wear a mask for the entire shift
  • Must be available and willing to work overtime as required.
  • Knowledge of cannabis is an asset
  • Multitasking capabilities is a must
  • Ability to define processes and contribute to the growth of the team

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $20.00 per hour
