Company Driver

We have the privilege of partnering with many of North America's largest retailers. This position reports directly to Inovata Foods' Quality Assurance Manager.

Inovata Foods Corp. is looking for a full-time Company Driver to partner with us as we bring families and friends together through offering wholesome and convenient meals. The role is located in our Tillsonburg, Ontario facility. Inovata Foods Corp. is a major producer of wholesome control brand frozen meals for many of North America's largest retailers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Completing, safe and accurate transportation of samples, packages and supplier pickups both domestic and internationally.
• Maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Scheduling and attending vehicle maintenance appointments.
• Adhering to all traffic laws and company policies regarding vehicle operation.
• Responsible for completing pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Responsible for managing all incoming driver requests and planning the most efficient route, including adjusting routes as necessary based on traffic, weather or unforeseen delays.
• Customer service including polite and professional communication to all suppliers.
• Completing administrative tasks relating to sample shipments including, but not limited to, export paperwork and FedEx shipping labels.
• Acquiring shipping materials, including dry ice, for sample shipments.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups including receipts, signatures and any other required documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid G class drivers licenses.
• Valid passport.
• Clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Nexxus - an asset.
