Job Description
Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager who is skilled and experienced CPFR (Collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment) with project management experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing CPFR initiatives, large projects and customer escalations.
What will you do!
- CPFR Management
- Collaborate with customers, Sales and our S&OP team to develop, maintain and execute collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment strategies to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor and analyze customer demand and inventory levels and act as a liaison between our customers and supply chain
- Project Management
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of high impact orders and customer projects
- Maintain customer timeline for large project orders to ensure internal stakeholders and systems stay up to date to help deliver product to the customers desired schedule
- Act as the main point of contact for key customers and address inquiries resolving issues promptly while providing best in class customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, understanding their unique requirements and preferences
- Order Processing
- Process customer orders to ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production, purchasing and logistics to meet customer demand effectively
- Data Analysis
- Utilize CPFR skills to analyze data, identify trends and generate reports for both customers and internal stakeholders
- Recommend continuous improvement opportunities to better service our customers
- Support internal order management team analyze and resolve fill rate misses
- Provide order management team with key customer insights for key customers to ensure best in class service to our customers
- Problem Resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer escalations by engaging and leading internal stakeholders related to delivery, inventory and any issues related to orders
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations and supply chain to align on strategies and goals to ensure best in class fill rate performance
- Reporting metrics to support the defined deliverables and service levels of the team.

- Bachelors degree in supply chain management or equivalent experience
- Proven Experience in CPFR, supply chain management or a related role
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excell skills and experience with analytical tools and software
- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and efficiency
- A passion for identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives
