We are looking for a qualified Sales Support Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team at our window manufacturing plant in London, Ontario.

 

Position Summary

The Sales Support Coordinator acts as a liaison between the Gentek branch window administrators and Lambeth manufacturing production team. They assist branch administrators with our order entry system and provide support for more technical issues/customer orders. The Sales Support Coordinator successfully resolves escalated customer complaints ensuring the delivery of consistent and high-quality customer service for both internal and external customers.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Act as the manufacturing plant point of contact for sales and window administrators at Gentek branch locations.
  • Communicate inquiries, concerns and timelines to the correct plant personnel as required. 
  • Utilize technical knowledge to assist window administrators with complex issues.
  • Utilize internal ordering system to: verify complex orders, complete employee quotes, reorder missing/damaged product and verify correct orders. 
  • Act as vacation/absence coverage for window administrators and warranty department. 
  • Provide training and support for window administrators.
  • Compile reports including but not limited to credit review/approval, duplicate reports, purchase orders, and outstanding order tracking. 
  • Communicate effectively with plant internal stakeholders for rush orders, partial shipments, special projects, shipping cancellations and internal quality standards. 

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Previous experience in the window/building products industry preferred. 
  • Technical aptitude and high attention to detail. 
  • Strong understanding of purchase order entry, order acknowledgments, inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment considered an asset. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
