Inside Sales Representative-Speech Recognition Technology

Job Description:

3M is growing, and we are looking to add a Full Time Inside Sales Representative to our Inside Sales team, located in London, ON   The successful candidates will make an impact by growing and developing assigned sales territories in primary care markets with Fluency Direct Front-End Speech Recognition technology targeting 40,000 service providers. The technology can span other markets including dental and physiotherapy.

This role encompasses work with targeted End User and Distribution Accounts, focused on strategically significant services and products, along with managing day to day customer interactions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support, grow, and drive profitable product sales within the Food Safety business group
• Manage complex customer relationships and enhance the sales experience by engaging in meaningful interactions focused on customer needs
• Keep multiple projects and priorities on task, while attaining sales quotas, sales quality, and productivity metrics
• Identify market trends and customer needs

Basic Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education
• 2 years of sales experience, including developing and maintaining sales growth, seeking out new customers, and technical selling/providing product information
• Demonstrated experience with end-user and B2B sales
• Proficiency in MS Office, and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• University degree (Business or Science preferred)
• Previous experience in Healthcare products, Technology Systems, Transcription Software  is considered an asset
• Confidence and comfort making outbound connections
• Experience with distribution channel sales
• French an asset

Travel: In this role, you may be required to travel less than 5% of the time, which may involve overnight stays. A valid driver’s license is required.
