Silicone Injection Mold Inventory Administrative Officer
LOCATION: 325 Tartan Drive, London, ON, click applyJob Description
Oversee and co-ordinate silicone manufacturing machine parts and inventory;
Document and administer work flow parts processes;
Liaise with purchasing department and maintenance department to ensure sufficient inventory of spare parts;
Establish inventory purchase priorities and document deadlines, verification of parts locations, and accuracy of all stocking schedules;
Extract data from the inventory management system (AP+) to assess stock and consumed items;
Collect and catalogue all MSD sheets from suppliers and ensure they are kept up to date and in compliance with proper format and legislation;
Assist in preparation of inventory and purchasing budgets and maintain budgetary controls;
Assemble work-flow, inventory consumption, and purchase data and prepare periodic and special reports, correspondence, and memoranda.
Qualifications
College or university diploma in Information Systems Applications Management, Business Administration, or related field;
One year experience in silicone injection mold manufacturing;
Extensive knowledge of silicone manufacturing processes and injection mold equipment;
