Production Associate - Midnights - Internal Only - Wright St.

Position Overview:

The Production Associate works in an assigned group (or groups) performing a variety of semi-skilled assembly, production and production related work in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Strong positive work ethic.
2. Strong attendance and punctuality record, including overtime.
3. Successfully passed 3-month probation.
4. Ability to perform own quality checks.
5. Physical ability sufficient to competently perform the essential elements of the job.
6. Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work in a team environment.
