This role is required to work on site Monday through Friday for 7.5 hours working per day and then with a one-hour lunch period.  This role is located at our Warehouse at 1909 Oxford Street East, London, Ontario.

Position Summary
The CE (Continuing Education) Assembly & Logistics’ Coordinator is responsible to ensure that our show display products for Canadian seminars and tradeshows arrive on time and meet our quality standards in doing so.  The role involves close working relationships with the CE Team, Warehouse Supervisor, Shipping/Receiving, CRD marketing and our Regional Sales Managers.

Specific Accountabilities
1. Packing for Seminars/Tradeshows
  • Packing list will be provided by the RSMs by the date outlined on the Upcoming Event List
  • Communicate between departments to ensure all marketing pieces arrive by date of shipment
  • Assist the CE Warehouse Associate (if required) to pack according to packing list and consolidate with hands-on materials.
  • Request materials to be removed from stock if not in demo. Forward to Warehouse Supervisor for approval and stock will be removed by designated warehouse personnel, either from CRD or CCI-Lon stock.
  • Advance show services- communicate with Administration Associate to determine date to be picked up, the number, and the weight and sizes of the shipment.
  • Shrink-wrap all skid shipments to prevent lost pieces and damage.
  • Returning of shows: note the condition of the product returned and missing products. This will require to be re-worked and/or replaced and expensed to that event.
  • Inform CE & Marketing Managers if any display stands need to be remade.
2. Hands-On Courses
  • Communicate with Logistics Manager products required to be place on PO# and submit Vendor Request Form to CRD purchasing well in advance of show.
  • Assemble kits according to course list provided
  • Clean models and replace teeth according to event, ensure inventory of replacement teeth stays at a minimum level.
  • Clean burs and bur blocks and replace any worn burs
  • Service and maintain equipment used for courses to ensure in good working condition
  • Create commercial invoices for international events and other customs documents for couriers
  • Handle logistics to ensure materials and equipment arrive at the destination on time and if necessary, from one venue to the next with tight turnaround times.
  • Contact Freight forwarder to arrange a transport carrier to schedule pick up and return dates from events
  • Record tracking #’s in Team for all Bioclear Virtual Events and communicate with CE Administration that completed.
  • Assemble literature packages to be shipped with Bioclear Virtual Events
  • Ship materials/cameras to KOL’s and ensure delivered
  • Contact customs/broker, provide additional paperwork needed to release from customs (if stuck)
3. Hands-OnLine LIVE/ Hands-On Demand
  • Maintain minimum inventory levels of all current course kits
  • Assemble all course kits -communicate with purchasing departments quantity made and add to inventory.
  • Pack and inform purchasing transfer to US is ready.
  • Invoice kits to customer in NAV/D365 to remove from inventory.
  • Ship out kits via courier (ICS or UPS) and record tracking number on invoice.
  • Create custom kits if required for groups
  • Layout new course contents and submit pictures to CE Technical & Logistics Manager

4 Sales Grip Stock
  • Ship out materials to TAMs as per request- teeth, models, demo product
  • Assemble new TAM module kits and ship out order entered in account
  • Arrange for TAM grip stock to be returned, itemize, and communicate to Sales team what is missing, re- organize and store for replacement rep.
5. ISO Procedural Knowledge
Applicable job-related ISO Procedures are outlined in the company’s ISO training matrix. All ISO training is maintained and administered by the ISO Management Representative.

Qualifications:
This position has physical demands and requires the capability to lift 20-50lbs.regularly and up to 75lbs. occasionally.
This position works in partnership with a part-time employee support.
This position will have a full training regime for the ideal candidate that meets our qualifications below.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Strong dental knowledge / dental field experience an asset.
