Position Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator helps to manage the shipping and receiving workflow and other warehouse operations.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Print daily To Do list and Pick list
• Prepare receiving packages for all inbound loads
• Prepare shipping packages for all outbound loads
• Answer phone and email traffic for shipping and receiving requirements
• Manage both Shipping and Receiving calendars and ensure they are up to date
• Manage and schedule pickups of pallets, recycled pails, empty oil, cream, and egg
• CHEP and PICO usage reporting
• Manage FedEx shipments, in and out bound
• Complete transfer orders
• Prepare samples to be shipped out
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Adheres to GMP (good manufacturing practices)
• All other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Warehouse experience a must
• Highly motivated
• Work professionally in a team environment
• Excellent social skills to collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customers
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
• Candidate must be highly organized and efficient
• Must have the ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Safety orientated
