Toyota Boshoku Canada (TBCA) manufactures the seats, doors, carpets and headliners for the Toyota RAV4. Our facility is located in Woodstock; a short drive from many surrounding cities. Wages:
- $20.42 per hour as a starting rate; plus wage increases at 3 months and at 1 year
- $2.00 shift premium added when working the afternoon shift
- Overtime time is paid at 1.5 times your regular wage after 40 hours each week
Shifts:
Day Shift: 6:15am Start Time
Afternoon Shift: 5:30pm Start Time
***Shifts are between 8 to 10 hours long. The amount of overtime and the shift end times vary due to business demands.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Ideally has 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience however we do consider experience in other fast paced industries (ex. fast food)
- Is able to work rotating day and afternoon shifts (2-week rotation)
- Is available and willing to work mandatory overtime (Shifts are 8 to 10 hours long)
- Can use their hands and wrists repetitively and stand for long periods of time
- Is able to lift up to 30 lbs repetitively
- Has a great attendance record and arrives on time for work
- Has good hand/eye coordination skills
- Is a positive team player who works well with others
- Has a high school diploma - preferred but not required
