Production Analyst

• Provide SAP support to Production when required.
• Support confirmations, generate reports; Plant location summary departmental Production reports etc.
• Maintain daily reporting of efficiency and usage reporting.
• Interact with Production Supervisor to detail analysis of the data.
• Assist in clearing COGI and TECO errors
• Identify Troubleshoot and Implement corrective action.
• Maintain a monthly backlog report
• Execute reports in SAP and Excel to facilitate KPI data and reporting of information.
• Monitor payroll data and interact with Production Supervisors when necessary
• Execute daily SAP production reporting to shop floor.
• Assist Production Supervisors as required.
• Document processes procedures/work instructions and ensure they are maintained
• Must be assertive and work well under minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with financial controller department on raw material usage and variances.
• Analyze recommend and implement improvements to the existing Production and financial processes.
• Support inventory control activities; frequency can include daily, weekly, monthly, fiscal quarter-end and fiscal year-end.
• Review, analyze and resolve material inventory variances in support of production.
• Perform typical administrative duties: Filing, faxing, scanning, emailing, report writing and other clerical duties.

• Post-secondary degree or diploma preferably in a related field or equivalency.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of SAP experience required.
• You possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You are team orientated, yet have the ability to work independently with precision while taking initiative towards continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal problems solving and planning skills are required.
• High level of confidentiality required.
