As part of your new role, you will work closely with management and co-workers to quickly learn new products and how we at stevensE3 provide assistance to our clients. Working in the shop to build and assemble new and existing display and custom elements is the main part of this roll. The position helps drive the company to provide memorable brand experiences for our clients. The role is challenging and rewarding, in that it uses what you learn and what you also bring to the team in knowledge and experience. The company in whole, is one team that comes together to deliver on time every time. Once trained and ready, another part of this role will be travelling Canada and the USA installing and dismantling displays, all expenses paid.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and sketches.

- Work with pre-production to provide feedback on construction methods.

- Plan and execute the most efficient means and then to execute the plan.

- Stage projects prior to shipping to ensure all elements are packed and ready for install and dismantle of each project.

- Travel (once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted) to various destination throughout Canada and the USA to setup and dismantle projects (all travel expenses paid in advance)

- Work in shop and warehouse to help maintain cleanliness and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Excellent communication with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and excel in a fast paced environment.

- Able to work as a team and as an individual at different times.

- Self-driven, with a desire to add value to an energetic team, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
