We are hiring a Marketing Manager in our Mississauga or St. Thomas, ON location (flexible hybrid work environment).

 

The Delta Commercial Marketing Manager supports both Canadian and US markets and is responsible for supporting the evaluation, development, and execution of annual marketing plans.  This includes commercialization of new product launches, supporting and executing media plans, coordinating field and customer communications, supporting North American trade shows, market research and on-going channel and brand building initiatives and programs.

 

This role involves close collaboration with Product Management, Trade Sales, Digital Experience, Market Research, and Creative Services teams as well as peers in the US at Delta Faucet Company.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the development and execution of the marketing plan for Delta Commercial, including channel plans, sales materials (brochures, price lists, sales decks), merchandising and brand building plans
  • Lead commercialization process of new product launches in both the US and Canada
  • Ensure all brand building initiatives are consistent with agreed upon objectives and priorities
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Trade Sales, Digital Experience, Market Research, and Creative Services teams to ensure that go-to-market strategy is being followed and executed successfully.  Also work with US counterparts at Delta Faucet Company.
  • Support agency partner relationships for Delta Commercial
  • Manage and track marketing budget investment
  • Work with inside and outside designers on literature
  • Build a high level of product knowledge on all product lines within Delta Commercial
  • Build and maintain a high level of current marketing practices
  • Impart product knowledge and data on a regular basis to internal and external customers
  • Assist in maintaining all marketing materials (displays and literature) within the corporate networks
  • Key contact with Masco Legal: proof of trademark usage and registration, general legal inquiries and organization of all legal materials for Delta Commercial

 

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with B2B or Commercial Building Industry
  • Ability to travel to the St. Thomas location on a monthly basis
  • Must be able to travel to the US for business events
  • Experience in leading commercialization process
  • Knowledge of the construction industry an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree; emphasis on marketing or business preferred
  • Solid strategic and execution skills
  • Experience with trade (B2B) and external influencers
  • Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with our customers
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • This role must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environments and be able to prioritize multiple, often competing priorities. 
  • Proficient Microsoft suite of products
