Job Description
· Lead recruitment process for all positions within Brewery· Participate in the recruitment & selection process and forecast and analyze workforce-planning data
· Work with the Brewery Management team to attract, develop and maintain strong internal talent pool of future department head candidates thereby creating a strategic advantage for the Brewery Operations network
· Lead the People Cycle execution for Region (annual talent review, competency reviews & 360, salary review, engagement)
· Advise, council, and/or direct the Senior Management Team and Brewery Managers on company policy and employment law
· Act as business partner with client group on addressing employee needs and business needs in order to accomplish the business objectives
· Ensure client group meets annual HR budget targets
· Execute Brewery Excellence Program (BEP)
Job Qualifications
· University Degree in Business or related field· 1-3 years HR experience, unionized experience considered an asset
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to influence senior management
· Excellent analytical skills, and ability to work with numbers are a must
· Business sense/acumen/business analysis
· Strong team work skills and orientation
· Ability to assess and evaluate people
· Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
