This is an 18 month contract administered through a third party. Anticipated start date is January 8, 2024.
How you will create impact…
- Act as a Learning Management System (LMS) administrator for the talent development team supporting the launch of training content and programs
- Coordinate the use of Percipio as a development tool for employees
- Coordinate the communication and launch of the annual Performance Development tool (Success Factors)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Talent Management initiatives as required for the broader department. Such programs may include diversity, organizational development, compliance, or technology enablement.
- Support new employee onboarding during orientation events and through assignment of LMS courses and training plans for various roles.
- Participate in Talent Development projects to support our initiatives
- Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to collaborate with other business partners
- Celebrate diversity of thought and have an open mindset
Who you are…
- You hold a Human Resources, Business Administration or Education diploma, degree or relevant experience
- You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages through presentations and one on one interactions
- You have an understanding of adult learning principles
- You value customer service and have a solutions oriented attitude
- You have the ability to complete and deliver work assignments in accordance with project deadlines and business expectations
- You possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- You possess a high level of initiative and accountability
- You possess the ability to work independently, be self-directed, be adaptable and flexible
- You have excellent organizational, project, and time management skills
- You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues
- Ability to travel (5% Cdn) and (5% US & Int'l) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
