We’re actively searching for our next team member for the position of:

Health, Safety and Wellness Manager

As a member of the Human Resources team, you will provide strategic leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and maintenance of innovative and effective programs to support a best-in-class safe and healthy work environment. Tactically, this role will provide guidance and technical support to operations as it relates to Health & Safety while managing site specific requirements of TMI's Health & Safety Management Program, in accordance with local and international legislation.

• Do you have a degree with Certificate in Kinesiology, Occupational health and Safety or a related field of study?
• Do you have CRSP Designation (or are in progress)?
• Do you have 3-5 years of progressive work experience in Health and Safety? (With at least 3 years in a Manufacturing or Production environment)
• Do you have at least 3 years of experience with occupational and non-occupational disability management?
• Do you have excellent oral and written communication skills?
• Do you have the ability to interpret technical information?
