Job Description

We have a vacant full-time, permanent Dealer Support Representative position available at our London office, reporting to the Dealer Support Supervisor.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Process and review dealer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle dealer-related transactions and inquiries, including shipment tracking, pricing adjustments, stock corrections, navigate our business-to-business system and other dealer related transactions. 
  • Responsible for processing product certificate redemption and credits to dealers.
  • Assist with parts lookup and various data entry tasks.
  • Perform additional dealer-related transactions and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills include:
  • Two plus years’ experience working in a Customer Service role is required.
  • Minimum High School diploma is required.
  • Proficiency in English and French will be considered a strong asset but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Ability to remain focused and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP experience is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, initiative, and versatility are essential.
