YOUR DAILY ROLE

In this job you will produce healthier and better-quality food for customers and communities.

Very concretely, our mission will be to: 

• Responsible to check each tote prior to filing to make sure all 4 posts are in, suitability of the totes and pallet, squareness of the totes on the pallet as well as checking that the liner is opened in a way that it will not fall into the tote as the tote fills.
• Responsible to ensure that each empty tote is tagged properly and that each full tote is printed properly. This is done using the yellow pendulum, which communicates to the scale and ticket printer.
• Monitor the tote as it fills with product on the scale, rate the product in the tote as needed so the product will settle in and not overflow. Observe for foreign materials and objects when the tote is filling. Must meet tote weight target set by supervisor.
• Additional tasks as assigned by Management/Supervisors
