The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Operations Manager and leadership team to promote safety, quality, people leadership and performance at McCormick Canada. Leading a team of approximately 30 warehouse employees, the successful candidate will actively support a Total Productive Maintenance culture. The Team Manager - Production Warehouse will be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, training & development and rewards & recognition. The successful candidate will be accountable for the performance of the team, equipment, and the warehouse areas. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • University degree.
  • One or more years of experience leading a team in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience with SAP is a great asset!
