Job Description

Position: Service Technician

TriHQ Inc. is a multi-faceted business providing London and the surrounding area’s industrial customers with product and services to address their Fluid Power and maintenance needs. This opportunity is a hands-on junior position working with tools and machinery in our facility and at customer sites.

Education:              
College Level Technology or Technician Diploma in Skilled trade or Advanced Level Apprentice in:
  • Industrial Maintenance
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Millwright
  • Mechanics                               
Position Specific Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional service maintenance troubleshooting abilities
  • Able to diagnose, plan and effect repairs of Fluid power devices and systems
  • Able to create and source parts list for Fluid Power devices and systems
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Process orientated –ability to plan projects and maintain records
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic computer skills, Word, email, internet research

Experience with:
  • Equipment Repairs and Re-builds
  • Hydraulic and Pneumatic  pumps and cylinders
  • Field Service & Troubleshooting
  • Basic Machining
  • Welding and fabrication
