Job Description
Position: Service Technician
TriHQ Inc. is a multi-faceted business providing London and the surrounding area’s industrial customers with product and services to address their Fluid Power and maintenance needs. This opportunity is a hands-on junior position working with tools and machinery in our facility and at customer sites.

Education:
College Level Technology or Technician Diploma in Skilled trade or Advanced Level Apprentice in:
- Industrial Maintenance
- Mechanical Engineering
- Millwright
- Mechanics
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional service maintenance troubleshooting abilities
- Able to diagnose, plan and effect repairs of Fluid power devices and systems
- Able to create and source parts list for Fluid Power devices and systems
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- Process orientated –ability to plan projects and maintain records
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills, Word, email, internet research
Experience with:
- Equipment Repairs and Re-builds
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic pumps and cylinders
- Field Service & Troubleshooting
- Basic Machining
- Welding and fabrication
- Team player
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Able to take direction
- Critical thinking capabilities

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
