The Jr. Helpdesk Technician is responsible for supporting various helpdesk and network administrative tasks at Jones Healthcare Group.
This is a 4-month co-op opportunity from September to December 2023.
Here are some of the different activities you’ll be asked to do:
·Respond, troubleshoot and document resolutions regarding day-to-day helpdesk requests.
·Assist with configuring, installing and maintaining software, hardware and telecommunications services such as personal computers, software applications, printers, telephones, servers, and more.
·Support the planning, design, procurement and installation process for hardware, software, and related equipment.
·Assist with asset monitoring and management of all Jones technology resources.
·Provide support with operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes and patching.
If you’ve got:
·Pursuing a Computer Science Degree/Diploma or related IT courses
·Experience working in a PC environment supporting Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 Suite
·Experience with Windows server environment and the accompanying enterprise applications, Active Directory, IIS, file servers, etc.
