Sales & Marketing Associate
About the job
As a member of our team, you will provide coordination and support on NasoNeb product line sales, marketing and operations initiatives to meet sales and project goals.
This includes collaborating cross-functionally to deliver an excellent customer experience, conducting research, executing on demand generation and lead management, account management, brand awareness building across social and company digital assets, media advertising and analysis, and strategic key opinion leader (KOL) identification and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement in-person at clinical meetings, on calls, and virtual meetings.
Responsibilities Include:
Sales & Operations Administration
- Develop a clear understanding of the therapy landscape for the NasoNeb product line.
- Qualify and nurture leads, facilitate onboarding and after-care management.
- Establish relationships with key and growth account stakeholders.
- Assist in contract coordination and administration.
- Promote NasoNeb products at clinical and industry meetings and tradeshows.
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, Quality & Regulatory, inventory and logistics teams to ensure products are compliant and readily available for order acceptance and fulfilment both physically and digitally, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Analyze data and create consumable reports with ability to articulate trends in customer sales, churn, gaps, etc. to support discussion, debate and decision making.
- Collaborate with customer service on customer issues and requirements for quick and effective resolution.
Marketing & Administration
- Provide support and collaboration on primary and secondary market, customer, competitor and clinical journal research to enable an improved customer experience, ensure up-to-date clinical evidence is communicated and surface product improvements and opportunities.
- Identify, research, and qualify strategic KOLs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to respond to customer feedback on social platforms, and eCommerce sites, etc. and work cross-functionally on issues where necessary.
- Identify and action opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion on strategic marketplaces and social channels in collaboration with internal teams and external agency.
- Monitor digital shelf product listings and marketplace health weekly to report on discoverability and conversion, and support optimization tactic identification.
- Assist on direct mail and email marketing campaign planning by supporting project plan development, content creation, audience segmentation, liaising with external agency and other suppliers for print, mailing, etc. and setting up KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure success for end-to-end project execution.
- Provide coordination and project management assistance to deliver on product labeling and marketing projects.
- Assist in registration, logistics, sponsorship, and communications related to key clinical and industry meetings, and tradeshows.
Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree or College diploma/certificate in Business, Marketing, Digital Health, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, marketing program Management in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or consumer brands marketplace
- Demonstrated hunger for achieving and exceeding goals

- Demonstrated ability to influence others towards a desired outcome
- Excellent time management skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal, research, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience translating data into business and consumer insights
- Understanding and experience with GA4 (Google Analytics), AdWords and Google Search Console
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, D365, and Klaviyo, business analytics tools and platforms such as Excel (required), PowerBI, and Tableau
- Proficiency with social platforms, specifically TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (formerly known as Twitter)
- Experience with Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify seller accounts an asset
