• Infrastructure Management
  • Oversee planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure security, availability, and scalability of technology systems.
• Technology Strategy
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Cybersecurity and Data Protection
  • Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and respond to security threats.
• Budget Management
  • Manage the IT budget effectively, making informed investments.
• Vendor Management
  • Maintain relationships with IT vendors, optimizing service quality and value.
• Process Development and Improvement
  • Enhance IT processes to increase efficiency and compliance.
• Website Product Ownership
  • Support website development lifecycle from a business perspective.
  • Manage website-related projects and coordinate with development agencies.
• ERP Ownership
  • Oversee the BlueLink ERP system, optimizing business processes.

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and budgeting.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
