What you’ll be doing

• Develop workforce planning strategies to achieve organizational goals and audit to ensure efficacy
• Analyze mid and long-term forecasted staffing conditions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify staffing goals and recommend solutions
• Lead annual vacation planning and support team members
• Develop solutions while considering the impact of decisions for the larger department and/or TMMC
• Manage internal and external vendors relationships
• Identify and recommend system and process improvements
• Monitor Workforce Planning group daily reporting and analysis
• Increase human resources data integrity through continuous improvement and standardization

What you'll bring

• Post Secondary education in Business or Human Resources or related field is required
• CHRP would be an asset
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic workforce planning solutions that align with organizational goals
• Excellent critical thinking with high accuracy and attention to detail is critical
• Experienced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI are required, with knowledge of Power Query and Power Pivot
• Excellent systems and process capability – identify and lead improvement projects
• Demonstrated ability for problem-solving identification and recommending solutions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently
• Demonstrated time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to meet specific deadlines
• Willing to support daily and weekend overtime requirements as needed
• Possible travel within North America as well as Overseas (less than 5% per year)
• Must be flexible to work in Cambridge and/or Woodstock plant locations
