    BRAND SPECIALIST – LONDON, ONTARIO:

    We are looking for a new member (Brand Specialist) to support our top shelf brands within Canada’s Major Home Improvement Retailers, become an integral member of the Canadian Masco Support Services Team, one who can work independently work within a team of high achievers and who values your independence and insight.
     

    Summary of What You’ll Do:

    Masco’s Brand Specialists are customer experience experts that represent Masco’s full portfolio of brands including Delta, Mirolin, Master Plumber, Brass Craft, & Peerless. Your flexibility and finesse make it easy for you to assist both consumer and store associates with outstanding sales support and customer service. As the face of our company, you take pride in ensuring the integrity of in-store displays, maintaining planogram best practices, and performing store audits and projects (such as category resets, new & discontinued updates, promotional displays, and ad-hoc initiatives) to 100% completion.

     

    Our team members receive best-in-class training in retail industry to set them up for success to deliver product knowledge presentations to store associates, provide in-aisle promotional support, and participate in store events as required. Your passion for sales excellence with new category launches, promotional opportunities, special order quotations, assisting with returns and other related general store inquiries are rewarded with incentives and internal growth and development opportunities.


    Experience That You Will Make You Stand Out for This Role:

    • College education and/or retail experience

    • Home improvement retail and/or instore manufacturers representation experience would be an asset in this position

    • Ability to demonstrate your understanding of personal computers including competence in the Microsoft Office suite of standard software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

    • Self-motivated/self-managed with team support as required

    • Goal, deadline and detail-oriented

    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

    • Growth mindset with strong desire to coach and train others

    • Outstanding communication skills

    • Eagerness to identify opportunities and offer insights

    • Ability to travel overnight as needed, up to 10% of the time
