Sales and Marketing Representative

We will consider applications for full time (completion of  a degree or diploma in sales/marketing).  You’ll be our ideal candidate if you are highly motivated and result driven. Understand the importance to details and ensure high quality standards. You must be committed to excellence in all aspects of customer service; using your best people skills to manage and satisfy customer needs.  The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience in sales and a technical aptitude.  If you don’t have an aviation background but are driven and adaptable, you may still be considered for this role.  Compensation is dependant on experience and provides a mix of salary and commission.  NUGI also offers subsidized employee benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES

“Hunter” – bring in new sales and establish market penetration in new areas both in Canada and abroad.

“Innovator” –  manage and develop marketing strategies and media to promote new sales and support existing sales.

“Closer” – close new deals to maximize profitability.  Can-do, will-do attitude.

“Manager”  – manage customer relations and expectations to promote recurring business.

“Learner” – understand and develop expertise on aviation maintenance and resource organizations and New United Goderich mission, goals and standards.

“Owner” – owns quality of sales, profitability standards, output and accuracy or reporting.

“Team Member” – works well with co-workers, technical staff, mechanics, administration and management to promote a happy, respectful  and productive work environment.

Perform other related activities, as necessary or as assigned
