Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor and working closely with the manufacturing, human resources, patient services, maintenance, and facilities departments, the Quality Assurance Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of the High Park Holdings change management, training, and, customer complaint programs. The Quality Assurance Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance to internal quality systems.
 
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Maintains the site training system to ensuring on-going training compliance for all departments
  • Maintains quality system training matrix and communicates requirements in a timely manner to respective stakeholders.
  • Maintains the site change control management system to ensure changes are processed in compliance with GPP and internal quality system requirements
  • Leads the investigation of all consumer and customer complaints, including the documentation of each root cause investigation and assignment of applicable corrective and preventative actions
  • Maintains the customer complaint management system
  • Assists in any necessary developments and improvements to manufacturing quality systems required as a result of any non-compliances process quality issues, SOP and, GPP
  • Assists in the deviation reporting system to ensure root cause investigations and applicable corrective actions identified are completed
  • Provides necessary training to required employees for non-compliances to Quality Assurance audits and Health Canada inspections
  • Assists in the continuous improvement of manufacturing quality systems
  • Performs assessment and quality release of packaging components to be used in manufacturing
  • Creates and communicates monthly KPI reports for SOP, training, deviation, CAPA and complaint monitoring systems.
  • The role is primarily focused on the London Ontario operations but may also involve travel and assistance at the other High Park facilities.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma is an asset
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications
  • Must possess excellent communication skills for liaising and communicating with internal departments
  • Highly capable of multi-tasking, with minimal supervision
  • Able to effectively complete and document root cause investigations.
  • Able to develop, review, and maintain metrics and audits
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Must have the ability to obtain A/RPIC status under Health Canada Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations
