3M is seeking a Bilingual (French) Inside Sales Representative to establish and maintain customer relationships, drive sales growth through virtual sales, up sell, and cross sell strategically aligned products within focused markets. This will be accomplished by utilizing detailed product and market knowledge in order to aid distribution partners and customers in the Floor Care and Cleaning Product space. The Inside Sales Representative will be accountable to achieve monthly phone and activity goals while driving sales pipeline health and exceeding sales forecast through customer interactions, business plan creation and execution, and teaming with field sales representatives when appropriate.
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- Maintaining and growing assigned accounts through account management activities
- Continuing to build and execute opportunities through a sales pipeline
- Exceeding forecast
- Developing and maintain relationships within assigned regions with dealers and distributors
- Acting as product and procedure advisor to customer base, via telephone, mailings, and seminars/shows
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Post-secondary education
- Able to converse and email professionally in French
- One (1) year Sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Two (2) years experience in an Inside Sales Capacity
- One (1) year experience in Account Management
- Knowledge of 3M key product line areas: Floor Care and Cleaning Products
- Experience with Salesforce.com
