Timberfield Roof Truss is a leading building components manufacturer based in Ontario, Canada. Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced AZ Truck Driver to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a clean abstract and CVOR.  As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for local and cross-border deliveries, ensuring that loads are transported safely and efficiently.  Deliveries are on a flatbed truck and may be wide load.   If you are self-motivated and have excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate AZ trucks to transport goods for local and cross-border deliveries within the USA.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Strap loads securely and manage all aspects of cargo handling.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required.
  • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers to provide updates on delivery status. 
  • Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, including US DOT drug/alcohol testing requirements for border crossing.
  • Always display a commitment to safety and excellent customer service.
  • Experience navigating and problem solving complex delivery drops

Requirements:
  • AZ License with a clean driver's abstract & CVOR (current copies required)
  • Minimum of 3 years AZ driving experience
  • Cross-border capabilities are required.
  • Ability to strap in loads
  • Self-motivating; works well with minimum supervision
  • Reliable and able to perform calmly under pressure
  • Ability to understand and follow GPS navigation
  • Ability to operate a standard transmission
  • Good customer service skills
  • Willingness to undergo drug/alcohol testing through the US DOT Clearinghouse for border crossing.
